Massage therapist was terrific!

I have found all staff members to be friendly and competent. I always feel like I received their best. It's like they are personally invested in your health and well- being.

I have been a member of Hand and Stone for several years. I usually get a facial monthly. My facials with Tavien are very relaxing and beneficial for my skin. The spa is very clean and the employees are very professional.

Place is clean everywhere. Front desk staff are friendly. The rooms are calm and relaxing. Staff are sweet.

Hand and stone has a great and calm atmosphere, i begin to feel relaxed when entering the lobby and the massage room. I am particularly impressed by my massage therapist Rachael in Lacey. I have had massages by about 5 other massage therapists there, some better than others in relieving my chronic back and shoulder pain/tightness, but Rachael's technique, pressure and attention to detail is far superior. After walking away from my first massage with her I was amazed at the difference in how my muscles felt, they had yet to feel that loose and knew I had finally found a massage therapist I LOVE . She even respected my choice for the preference of a quiet massage marked on the original questionare which nearly all of the other massage therapists seemed to disregard. Rachael is the reason I will be keeping my membership as long as I can pay for it.. Please let her manager see this.
