Overall, it was a massage and somewhat relaxing. Front counter staff very nice and efficient. Wait was a little long but I was a little early so not their fault and the room had to be cleaned.

Not only was the receptionist that took my call to make the appointment friendly and knowledgable, but so was the staff during the entire process of my appointment. Customer service was outstanding and made all the difference. They represented the company well. As a business owner, I would be proud of how the facility is being ran.

I was a bit late due to a detour on my route that i was not aware of. The greeters were very nice about my being tardy. My facial was excellent and very relaxing

My friend jessica came with me and she was supposed to get a facial done and they took another jessica back instead of her and that jessica was getting a wax so she waited and never received her facial

Always great staff which offer a great knowledge base. Danae was so great at exposing to my son and I about what she was doing and why. She was very good at offering advice to my son to help his acne

My esthetician was very knowledgable, and simultaneously did not make up answers to things she didn't know. I appreciate her silence as I releaxed with the soothing music.

I had been seeing the same therapist for months, and at this visit, she couldn't be there. The gal that took her place also did an excellent job! Juanita is my regular, and does a fantastic job, but if she ever has to be gone again, Cherish is a great substitute ❤

I really enjoyed the facial. DaleRae took race of my problem areas. She suggested treatments to improve my other areas of my skin. I am definitely planning on another treatment in the next few weeks.
