The staff and my massage therapist are always kind and pleasant to deal with. My massage therapist (Abby) always makes adjustments based on my needs and shows care when giving the massage.

My therapist Alyssa was exceptional and very professional. The reception staff is also very accommodating and friendly. The facility itself is clean and soothing.

the lady at the reception desk was exceptional. she made sure to greet everyone as they entered even complimenting them on their hair or outfit (or for me, my rain jacket!). there seemed to be confusion with a gift card when we left and she was handling it very well. my masseuse was amazing - i cannot remember his name but he was a young white man!

Very satisfying, My massage Therapist is very delicate and very concern with my well being in her care . Asked about the amount of pressure to the pain area.

Rachel is very knowledgeable. She gave me great pointers for my skin. I love the amount of strength she uses for the cryofacial. Oh how I wish the facial/cyrofacial didn’t cost so much. The front desk ladies are very helpful!
