Hand and Stone

I'm speechless when thinking of the events that transpired yesterday. First, Kelsey entered the waiting area by bursting through a glass door astride a giant tiger in (what appeared to be) battle armor (with authentic damage incurred by past enemies). After dismounting her steed and lowering her mace to lean against the wall, she locked eyes on me and began, aggressively, moving toward me. She grabbed a handful of my sweater, lifted me roughly three feet off the ground, carried me to the treatment area, then hit me with a tombstone pile driver, nearly cleaving the bed in twain. A blinding light poured out of her slowly opening mouth as she spoke (in a disembodied voice reminiscent of your worst childhood nightmares), saying something that sounded like "ZUUUUUUL". I don't remember much after that, until waking up in a giant pile of melted marshmallow fluff. My skin looks pretty good. Five stars.

I frequent Flourtown Hand and Stone to use my membership packages. I called on 1/19 to book a massage for the next weekend. My regular therapist wasn't in that day so I tried someone new. I was able to make the appointment for 1/26 and enjoyed my experience. I have already booked my next appointment for mid-February.

I am welcomed by name when I arrive. I never wait for my appointment and my treatment and Kelsey, my esthetician is fantastic. Making my next appointment is a breeze and I love any product I've purchased.

Knowledge of therapist

This visit was probably the best experience I have had at Hand and Stone. From the ease of making an appointment with the receptionist to the exceptional massage from Carol it was beyond what I needed.

Never had a bad experience at the Flourtown location. Staff from reception to the massage therapist have always been friendly. Quality of massages is always great.

I love Sharon at Hand and Stone. She is the best! I always leave feeling better and more relaxed. I wish I could stay all day!
