My first facial. She was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience. Have always been happy there, just have trouble finding time to go.

Jim is polite and makes the massage experience very personalized. He also takes the time to work on specific areas of need and just a great experience overall!

The aesthetician(Emma) was very knowledgeable about the facial products suited for my face and was ver y gentle performing the extractions. She provided an overgood good comfortsble experience. The massage therapist(Neal) listened to my problem areas and did an excellent job of relieving the tension out of my neck muscles. He was excellent.

My massage was very relaxing. The therapist really worked wonders on my problem areas. I will definitely be back for another massage session.

Sharon D was absolutely amazing. It was one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. She came highly recommended and I now know why. She’s obviously very knowledgeable and wonderful at what she does. My only comment (not about Sharon) is I wish HS would consider adding a small amount of pleasant fragrance to products used at no cost to customer, not a highly aromatherapy experience, but a nice scent would be pleasant and add to relaxation. I’m loving my H&S membership packages otherwise!

Kelsey, my esthetician, is wonderful. She knows her stuff and is straight forward about what she thinks I need at a visit. She's also easy to talk to but then gets blissfully quiet when it's time for me to sit back and enjoy my facial.

My skin feels and looks great. It was so relaxing and Alicia was amazing she did everything beautifully.

Sharon provides a great massage. She is very good at applying the correct pressure to relieve my pains. I didn’t relax totally as I have had serious back pain for a long time.

My massage was great!!! The masseuse used exactly the right amount of pressure and I felt much better after she finished. I was in a lot of pain when I came in and she reduced my pain level greatly.
