The massage experience itself was great. Everyone there was friendly. The only issue I had was booking the appointment. The email address the link right on the website directed me to kept bouncing back saying my emails were undeliverable. I'm not sure if it is an outdated email address listed/connected to the hyperlink, but I hope this can be resolved in the near-future.

I've been coming to H&S for more than a year now. I am very satisfied with the quality of the massages and plan to keep it a part of my health regimen.

I was a little delayed in my arrival due to bad traffic & snow. I called ahead and the receptionist was very understanding. My appointment was still as amazing as usual and my massage therapist was fantastic. A great experience!

The individuals, ranging from scheduling my appointment, calling to remind me of my appointment are good. The depth, breadth and knowledge of kelsi iregarding my skin and facial is absolutely incredible. I plan on coming back at least once a month
