Friendly staff who are not pushy. The facilities clean and organized. I feel comfortable with my visit. I intend on returning monthly.

Customer Service is a HUGE factor for me! I appreciate feeling valued and not rushed. From the time I walked in the door, I felt special; everyone was extremely hospitable, pleasant and warm. Abby is ALWAYS wonderful! Personality, technique, and information! The cleanliness, music, lighting, EVERYTHING is delightful! I actually recommended Hand & Stone to a co-worker today! I am SO GLAD I joined after stumbling upon the Flourtown spa TOTALLY by accident April of 2021!

Rachel, once again gave me a wonderful facial w/an extra skin moisturizing service. Bree at the front desk helped me with a gift membership I had received. Since I’m already a member it was complicated but she worked it out!

Kiara does a fabulous job with my skin. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing my skin and what is needed.

I was very impressed with my recent return to Hand and Stone Flourtown. Very professional but friendly reception staff. The massage therapist Craig is highly skilled, professional and he expertly evaluated and treated trigger point areas and finished with hot stones to complete a wonderfully restorative session.

Very little wait time for therapist upon arrival. 90 minute massages are very relaxing. Everyone is friendly and shows compassion.
