I love the friendliness and attention you receive from the minute you walk in. The front and bathrooms are kept very clean and everyone is so pleasant.

The massage therapist did a great job using firm pressure, helping me relax, and also checking in on whether everything was ok. I appreciated the attentiveness and all at a good value.

I must have hit a wrong button. I was not displeased with the products. I was not interested in purchasing any products.

I have previously asked for "gentle" massage, and therapists have done "gentle" for a little while. But then as the massage got harder, I had to either keep asking or just be not so satisfied. Sharon D was excellent. She assessed ahead of time what firmness I wanted, and was very careful to ask a couple of times during the massage how was the firmness, as well as remember to be gentle the whole time. As well, she seemed to care a lot about giving a good massage, and seemed very skilled!

This spa is professional, friendly, efficient, and simply just a pleasure to go to. Going to a spa and trusting people with your time (eyebrows lol) and personal services isn't the easy thing. I thoroughly trust the Flourtown staff every time I go in or call!
