I was pleased with the length of the facial; it was very thoroughly done. As I walked out my skin felt so much cleaner and lighter and smoother. My aesthetician was very competent and professional; I felt like I was in good hands. I am also pleased with the products she used and bought some to try at home. The spa was clean and peaceful.

The people are friendly and make me feel very comfortable. Workers there seem to enjoy their job and genuinely want to satisfy you. It's close to my home so it's convenient.

I really needed a massage to relax and feel better after a stressful couple of weeks. Carl is an excellent therapist; he asked great questions about what was hurting most and what type of pressure I preferred. He is a true professional - knowledgeable, and he cares about his clients.

Andrea is so knowledgeable and her facials are wonderful. Only because I trust her and her sills I tried the new LED procedure and will probably sing up for the series.

As I was checking in another customer was also checking in and the receptionist mentioned the name of her therapist- which was the name of my massage therapist. Turned out the other customer was scheduled Later that day for an appointment but the receptionist didn't tell the customer she was early. I stated "that's my therapist" and customer was told she was early. My concern is that, if I hadn't been there, the other customer would have been given my slot.

The massage was very relaxing and the therapist listened to my needs. The facial was helpful for my skin and the therapist was very friendly. The reception staff was welcoming and friendly as well.

High quality facility with great Therapists. The fit out of the facility is great. The only drawback is the open lobby that looks out on the parking lot. It is a busy area and loses the relaxing quality that you would like. Not much you can do about it but it is a drawback. Everything else is terrific.
