The massage by Sharon was amazing and she remembered me from about a year ago which was impressive! The manager was very helpful with solving a previous issue that I had at the spa and was very courteous and accommodating. The staff also was very patient when I asked for multiple gift certificates and helped me to find the closest Hand and Stone spas near where my friends and family lived. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Everyone was nice and friendly. And the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. I feel asleep doing my massage ! Which is a good sign !

The staff behind the desk were very friendly. I was able to have an appointment after walking in to schedule an appointment! Kelsey was able to do my upper lip wax with minimal discomfort.
