The staff seemed to really care about my comfort. They went out if their way to make sure my massage and facial were back to back appointments so there would not be a gap in wait time. But clinicians knew exactly what they were doing, and I always request them. I absolutely love my "me time" at the spa.

I absolutely loved my service with Andrea she is the best. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and bring my friends, especially to see Andrea!

The receptionist showed me the differences in price between membership and regular prices. She did a marvelous job encouraging me to keep my membership! Val is a terrific manager. She is a valuable asset to your organization!

It was my second time at Hand and Stone and my husband's first time. For me, it had been over a year and I was pleased that 1) the location was still in tip top shape. The lobby ambiance was perfect. 2) the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They engaged us in conversation about the merits of getting a monthly massage and joining, but did not overly sell the concept as to make the conversation unpleasant. One of the staff members identified herself as the manager, she is definitely an asset to this location. The other reception area employee was equally knowledgeable and friendly. Both massage therapists were incredible and informative about things to do to help ourselves between visits. Again, making professional suggestions without it coming off as a disingenuous hard sell. Great experience all around.
