Everyone from the desk to the massage was wonderful. Neale was amazing- he asked me what my issues were and actually listened. I felt like he knew exactly where my pain was and adddessed it. I've had massages before where I thought- I hope he or she does a little more right there but they didn't. It was a the best massage I've ever had.

I really like all the women that I have encountered at the desk. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease. I have always LOVED my facials and this was my first massage, and I was satisfied with my massage.

Before coming to my first appointment with Carl I had migraines 5xs a week. I have not had a migraine in over 2 months thanks to Carl! This time around I told him about a pain in my lower back and he was able to alleviate it very effectively! Everyone is always friendly when I come in and they always call be by name. Carl's massages have changed my life so much for the better!
