decorated nice, eye contact made, easy sign documents. little time waiting. Could improve with : selling your products while waiting. Guide client into seeing what they like and offering leading them to a product(s) for concerns. This would also improve the satisfaction of the facial when one goes home. Also when the client arrives they check in and say their name. If the employee who is going to be providing the service is standing at the counter. Say hi then and introduce yourself. Its a little weird when you walk behind the door and come out to the lobby and introduce yourself. why wait? This is one of the hand and stones that I am very satisfied with. You have good staff! Good job!
