The service is awesome and I feel like royalty. I just love my therapist Carl. He's very kind and attentive to my needs.

From the moment I was greeted upon arrival to my departure I felt at though I was valued as a consumer. The appointment time was honored as well as my request for firm pressure during the massage.

I go to Hand and Stone monthly for a Brazilian wax. It is a procedure that could be embarrassing but Kelsey makes me comfortable and gets the job done efficiently. It is the main reason I got a membership. We have good conversation and the time goes by quickly.

Bridget always listens and is so calming. I never did facials before signing up for this membership - but now love my visits. Trying to get my husband to try - self care and reduces stress.

The staff (front desk and massage therapist) were very inviting. I booked two appointments one for myself and one for a guest. In booking the reservations my request for massage therapist (one male one female) was accommodated. Prior to my massage the therapist inquired about problem areas before beginning the massage and during the massage he confirmed that the pressure applied was sufficient. He didn't talk alot which allowed me to relax and power down. This was greatly appreciated. After the massage the front desk staff informed me of the points I have, how they are acquired, etc. It was the staffs willingness to take the extra steps that made my service feel less a-la-carte and more all encompassing. I would definitely recommend this location!

Bridget was knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my facial. It was both effective and very relaxing. Many places can improve your skin but it's like visiting the doctor. Others have all the 'fairy dust' with pretty music and dimmed lights but they don't know what they're doing. This was the best of both. The only reason I will probably not go back soon is that the cost is prohibitive.
