Mia was amazing on the phone and in person. I felt so welcomed and appreciated. All of my questions were answered with a sme! Bridget gave me the best facial I've had in years my skin looks and feels amazing & that was the best massage I've ever had in a facial. I left by booking another appointment and I'm already excited to come back. Thanks for a beautiful experience!

Sharon is fantastic

Sharon and the morning receptionist were fantastic! My appointment was for the day prior at 4 pm and I didn't feel as good about my experience until I rescheduled and met the morning receptionist and Sharon. The reason for my reschedule at the last minute was I did not realize I had a man doing my massage, I was not comfortable and asked to reschedule. The night receptionist was not as friendly and acted as if I was a bother to reschedule and have questions. But I want to base my experience off the morning staff who were fantastic.

I guess because although I was very happy with my service, to me highly satisfied means over and above my expectations. Everything met my expectationss and i was satisfied.

Everyone was great. I didn’t get taken back until only five or so minutes after the start of the hour. But then apt ended 10 mins before half hour - so felt like lost some of the 80min time allotted.
