I think the enhancements cost too much money for that little bit of extra care. I expected more from a $20 foot scrub. I won’t be adding on at any future visits.

The hard sell tactics by the front desk personal. The clientele are rude to front desk workers.

I was not highly satisfied with the experience, because the cost of the membership increased. I had been paying 69.99 for the past two years, now it’s 79.99 which makes it more costly, along with having to tip. I was under the impression that the cost would not increase over time.

I was very satisfied with the massage. The rushed to get there for the appointment because I had only made it 10 minutes beforehand. When I arrived for my 10:30 AM, I did wait nearly 10 minutes past my scheduled time in the lobby. After we got into the room, we spent another 5 minutes or so discussing my history, etc. The therapist did let me know that he knew he was late and would alter the timeframe at the end - which was ok with me. We ended up finishing just before 12 PM so my massage was only 75 minutes - when I paid for a 90 minute massage. After I was done, he spent time showing me stretches, but I would have rather had that time spent on a massage of my body. It was a bit disappointing but I feel like this has come to be the norm. Unfortunately, H&S charges a lot for someone that is not a member and it makes me not want to return knowing that the price did not fit the timeframe for the massage. I did not address this with the therapist because it was done and I felt uncomfortable, but it was just a bummer.
