My appointment got cancelled and I only received an email to tell me that. No call or text. That was frustrating but I was able to rebook online at another location.

Besides April, not one therapist knows how to give a facial. The last one did not even use steam and when asked she replied because she can't, because of her own skin problems. What? I always have steam, if not I should have known in advance. This is unacceptable! It never stops at your spa.

Initial survey was geared towards sales than actually providing services. Unfortunately, seating was less than accommodating for the number of people waiting to be serviced.

The massage itself felt great but the therapist was not engaging with me. She did not greet me after the massage to see how I was doing (my other therapists have) and she did not speak much to me at all except when she asked if I had any areas I wanted to focus on in the beginning. I kept hearing a popping on my right side and asked her what it was and I felt she gave me a snarky remark, laughed and said, "It's your shoulder." Other therapists I've had in the past may have explained what was happening or be a little more engaging. She gave an excellent massage I just felt dissatisfied with her interaction with me as a customer.

The bed linens were very rough. They felt old and wrinkled and hard. Is it maybe time for an upgrade of linens at this site - it's a marked difference from other locations. Maybe even some fabric softener in the laundry?

The ad on treatments are very expensive. I tried the microneeling treatment but felt $130 is way too expensive. For loyal members it would be nice to get an add on free once in a while to try out. I will not be purchasing additional ad on treatments in the future

In the past year, I have had more issues with the appointments that I set in the store (I schedule more than a month out) being incorrect when I get the reminder of the day off. They are with the wrong therapists, they don't have all the services I asked for, or they are a wrong date and time all together.
