I work at the bank and I am very conscious of client perceptions. I observed strong customer service with a client interaction including product recommendations for her. Upon completion of my service, there was absolutely no product recommendations for me even if I chose to decline it..it was really hi and bye in my opinion. The Package Plans are never really clear on what exactly we are doing, for instance it was said that I would not have a balance at the end but I was advised of a balance so which one is it?? I need to review how the Packages are applied for the services. The Tipping amounts pre-programmed are outrageous and cost just as much as a service. Thankfully, there was the custom option but really?????? Booking the appointment was a breeze and Amy was friendly and went over the cancellation policy etc which was really nice. Everyone appreciates transparency. I usually go the Grant Ave location and they have nice smelling scents which helps create the relaxation ambience. They also have a fountain which I thought would be standard in all the locations. In any case, I think everyone should be offered an exceptional service not just some persons.

I was satisfied with the environment, friendliness of staff, etc. the costs seem very high to me would be the only downfall.

Amy who greeted me and got my paperwork in order was very friendly and quick to get everything organized. Ki who did my facial & peel was amazing! I would go back to her in a heart beat.

I usually go to a therapist that has form pressure but I had to reschedule my appt and no therapist were available with firm pressure so I tried someone new. The therapist had very soft pressure which is not my favorite.

She did not do the back of my neck nor my shoulders. I was disappointed and will not use her again. I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see if she would do those areas. My sister who also had a facial said her neck and shoulders were done and she even did her arms.

My experience was good and I love my esthetician it just seems time runs too quickly/

The manager shouted out my name afterwards when I was in the lot asking me if I intended to leave a tip. I gave it to the therapist directly before I got to the reception area. It was embarrassing.

Was only unsatisfied with the time of my massage. I was shorted my experience. Had an appointment, came early saw 2 women walk in after me started their appointment before me and and walked out after me. Receptionist were great. May come back just won't go back to Elizabeth bc she shorted my time that I paid for. Appointment was at 2, I arrived at 1:45. 2 walk inns got called back before me and walked out after me. She started my massage at 2:10 and finished at 1:50.

The waiting area was busy and not relaxing. Decor was a little tacky. Took me some time to Check out at the end as there was a line.

This was a gift. I drove a friend to her appointment & she gifted me with the visit. This is not something that I would choose for myself. I don't take my clothes off for strangers.
