The questionaire was excessive and too personal. The way that the monthly membership works was not clearly explained and it took a while before I completely understood.

Massage was okay, but I have had better experiences with other therapists in the past

I feel the the masseuse could’ve been better it’s just wasn’t feeling it

Massage was slighlty shorter than expected. Music kept skipping and was not very relaxing. Product used felt cold on the skin. Head rest was nor very comfortable, i was wondering if it was changed between services

Lots of activity in the reception area. The massage table wasn’t already warm and it took awhile for it to warm up.

I'd like to see a senior rate offered. Someone needs to help me access my account online. I am not able to book online and earn points

It's not that I was not satisfied, but when you have a selection that goes basically from average to super fantastic, there's no in between. I would suggest that you all add an intermediate level to your choices for the positive responses like satisfied, very satisfied, highly satisfied. I needed that Very Satisfied level. Thanks,

As previously stated, the prices have increased significantly with the 50 minute “massage time” now including changing, consultation, etc. in addition to having to pay an additional $15 each visit for the “prenatal” service because I am pregnant. I am also frustrated that I now have to pay $10/month if I want to freeze my membership to catch up on unused packages from previous months. If I’m going to pay $85 plus tip for a massage, I would much rather go to an independent location than a chain. I plan to use the rest of my packages and then cancel my membership and do just that. When I joined I felt I was getting a good value but at this point it feels like a huge rip off.
