I loved my service. I just don’t feel like I’m saving a lot of money being a member

No reason

My most recent facial appointment was excellent. The one prior was unsatisfactory with a different aesthetician. My initial aesthetician (first two facials) went to another location. Too confusing to be highly satisfied

I just feel like I am waiting for about 5 minutes for my therapist to come get me from the lobby, and the time isn't made up in the end. I also noticed that she never offers me water after my massage, but I see others get it.

It seemed like the whole staff changed. No one called me to tell me I was scheduled with someone new. The therapist was inconsistent with her techniques.

I have seen the same esthetician for months. On Friday I was presented with someone else. I was told it was due to my membership. Rachael does not work Friday nights. I was told I would get a call on Saturday to discuss. Did not happen. Also my appt was not the 50 minutes

I was very satisfied with everything this hand and stone had to offer my only problem was that my esthetician Went on her phone during the session. It was only once so wasn’t to big of a problem but after she slipped it back into her pocket she didn’t wash her hands then continued to touch my face.

I love my massages. No matter how long my massage is, it is never enough time for me. I can stay there all day.

The therapist and aesthetician I see are great. I just think that if I’m paying extra for an add on, it should be worth the price. Better add ons are needed. Didn’t like the Himalayan stones, which a receptionist recommended. The therapist was better by himself. Didn’t need it … would rather have a body scrub or treatment mask. Let’s say the high end add ons were excellent, why get the membership? Not seeing the value in having a membership at this point. I’d probably still come without the membership. I’d get a higher end service and just come less often.

I found Tiya to be really nice and professional. I would have liked to spend even more time on some of the “problem” areas I mentioned to Tiya, with even greater pressure. I enjoyed my experience but am not immediately ready to book another appointment.
