It was just ok, not grear

I tried calling the place today because I ended up having a bad head cold during the massage. And started coughing asking my massage therapist to get a cup of water so feel like i wa a interrupted. I wanted to see if I can come back in when I was able to really enjoy it since it wasn’t an enjoyable massage time.

My experience at Hand and Stone was great. The receptionist was welcoming and my therapist was friendly. The overall experience was good.

Would prefer massaging of face and neck and a little scalp.

I had two appointments schedule a massage and a facial. In between I sat outside in a chair in the hallway in a robe - it was not unpleasant, just not the "spa" experience I get from other places where you either have all you treatments in a room or a relaxation space.

Was not asked where I needed pressure/tension. No fragrant in room. Receptist was get very friendly.

This was my first time back in awhile and I had a gift card for a hot stone massage. It was great, I would like a full 60 minute massage opposed to the 50 minute.

The ease of scheduling made for a smooth process. The explanations of service by the staff were helpful. The service met my expectations with my intention of relaxation and stress reduction.

girls at front seem too focused on processing payments and tips then asking how everything was, or asking about booking future appointments, or any interest in purchasing any items g do or sale…

My partner booked a 90 minute hot stone massage for me online. It was not straight forward to book an appointment for someone else online but he put in the notes that it was for me. The receptionist seemed annoyed that the appointment was not in my name. Biggest problem was I was only actually massaged for 60 minutes. I was early for my appointment but not taken back until after my appointment time, didn’t start massaging until 15 or 20 minutes into my appointment time and ended 15 minutes before my appointment time ended. I brought this up to the receptionist and was told that the 90 minute appointment includes time on either side for me to get changed but I was taken back late and was back at reception before my appointment time was up. I felt cheated because we paid for 90 minutes but I was only massaged for 60 minutes, I did not need 15 minutes before and after my massage to get changed and should not be charged for that time.
