I was very happy and satisfied with my facial with Rachel, the issue was I wasn’t able to use my gift cards. The reception did not honor it and asked me to call the branch where the cards were originally purchased !

Checkin took over 20 minutes due to dealing with other calls/customers, massage started late, therapist forgot I didn’t want my legs massaged, gift card had issues when trying to pay at the end.

The online scheduling always seems confusing and harder than necessary and I always end up feeling more comfortable calling to make my appointment on the phone so I can speak to a human being. The web interface and user experience could be better.

Overall, I am satisfied with hand and stone massages flourtown location. The massage therapist I see there, Kimberly, is very good and the reason that I go to the flourtown location even though the conshohocken location is closer to me. I would say why I am not highly satisfied is that I think their could be more perks for having a membership. For example, sometimes their are discounts or upgrades that are only allowed if you are a non-member. Overall, I continue to go back here because of Kimberly who does an above and beyond job and truly loves what she does.

This therapist did not do my face or scalp when he started unlike a few of your other therapists.

The session didn't began fifteen minutes after the schedule time. The session was 45 minutes which I did not get full session.

Not allowed to use one of my gift cards because it was from Grant avenue. Called Grant Ave store and and they said I need to know who have the card to me. I explained gift card was given for birthday and so don’t know who have it to me. This gift card does not have an expiration date. This is not good customer service. I want to buy my mom and sister a gift card but I am afraid due to this experience. I feel you guys should honor my gift card. We signed up for membership and we plan on being loyal customers.

They cut my time in half because I was 15 minutes late. I got 30 minutes instead of 60. That is awful customer service!

The oil this time had an unpleasant smell for some reason. Would have loved if meditation music played in the room.
