The website was challenging to use to book an appointment. Upon arrival, the receptionist was on the phone and I couldn’t tell if she was greeting me or the person on the phone. She spoke to me but didn’t make eye contact. It was a little confusing. I also paid for the aromatherapy service, which I assumed would include some essential oils diffused in the room. Instead it was only scented oil used around my neck. Expected it to be a more immersive experience for the additional cost. None of these were major issues singularly, but combined they lessened the experience a little.

Tips and recommendations were offered regarding booking my next appointment and on skin care. Esthetician was also patient as I needed to take a very important phone call.

My massage therapist took good care of my neck and shoulder, as requested. the session ran over and she did not spend enough time on my feet and legs as I would have liked. Hurried massage on feet. I asked for a full body massage and got a shoulder, back and neck massage and less than thorough massage on legs and feet. Okay with arms. Nothing on face or scalp. Massage was good overall, just not good on feet.

This was a gift card - introductory massage. I feel it was very basic. It was good but I have had better at other businesses for the same cost.

I have 22 unused appointments because of Covid. I was not told about masking policy. Vaccination policy. Never appointments available. I finally book appointments and then they get canceled

I had a gift card for a 3 month membership that my friend bought for me and emailed to me. When I checked out, the receptionist did not know the gift card was for a membership and tried to sell me on the membership. I thought she was telling me that if I didn't pay the membership enrollment fee that I would lose my membership. I paid the $40 enrollment fee and asked her to explain what I get with my gift card. I had to show her the email again that had my gift card on it so she could she what I was saying. The charge was canceled on my card but I walked out feeling frustrated when I was supposed to walk out feeling relaxed. I also left still wondering what comes with the membership because none of that was explained to me. All the receptionist cared about was making a sale. I'm honestly really upset about the experience and still have no idea how the membership works and what comes with it. I know my friend spent a lot on this gift card and I should get the full experience of the membership. I will likely not continue the membership beyond the 3 months because of this experience. I can get massages at that rate (the membership rate) at many other places. It seems like a scam.
