I mean it accomplished what I sought out, which was using a gift card I had for the appointment and getting it done in a timely manner, considering I had other appointments for the day. Also, next time I'll be more specific about requesting a same sex masseuse.

The massage started 15 minutes late which ended up being fine because they were able to add it at the end. Had a full body, but my feet weren't done. The masseuse didn't ask about pressure at all which was extremely firm but tolerable. Not my favorit massage from hand and stone, but always come once a month.

There was some confusion about my gift card when I checked out. When I checked in I asked about the $69 massage and was told that I needed to have a membership but no further explanation was given. When I checked out, I was asked if I wanted a membership.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, that I loved! But the massage itself was just OK, felt like half of the massage she spent getting hot stones or putting them back. The facial I wasn't happy with due to not being told a service she was doing cost more and she left a mask on my face which I didn't realize until it was peeling off my face (it was a thin clear film) like crazy and got all over my clothes

I asked that my massage therapist where a mask upon intake and she did not. I felt uncomfortable to ask again and let it go. The massage was very good.

I thought Harper was amazing- professional, polite and a great masseuse. I did not feel comfortable in the waiting room with 4-5 customers in a small space all unmasked. There is not required vaccination so I felt uncomfortable while I waited for the appointment.
