Service was great.

I do not think it was technically a full 60 minutes. However, it was very helpful with my neck pain I am experiencing. I plan on returning.

It was a wonderful massage. The only critique was that the therapists hands were quite cold when started but she was great

The therapist was excellent (Shay). My appointment was scheduled online and the time had to be changed because the online schedule was not accurate. I had problems getting the gift certificate bar code which lengthened my time in the store following the treatment.

I thought it was good just not great.

Therapist seemed to be a newbie. I believe with more practice he will get better. Also didn’t find the source of the issue with my back

My aesthetician was very clinical and robotic, although she provided a skilled facial. Just did not reflect the warmth of the reception staff.

The room where I had my facial should have been more quiet. I could hear people outside. The smell of the room could have been more pleasing. I paid extra for the lavender aromatherapy and thought that would have occurred during the entire facial or at lease the room would have smelled more spa like. The sheets were not comfortable, they seemed old and rough. The blanket should have been warmer and the bed should have been warmer.

The price was rather high.

My therapist was nice and pressure was decent but he skipped over my left glute which is where I have majority of my pain. I would have liked the eucalyptus to have been used more throughout the service
