I was completely satisfied

Judy, who did my massage was AMAZING. She gave me the best facial of my life. Tim who did my massage was middling at best. He had a very average white guy energy and performed as such. I feel like he barely tried to give me a massage and I felt like someone was just putting lotion on me for an hour.

The membership contract makes it very hard to terminate or pause membership without significant financial penalty. I feel compelled to keep my membership in order to avoid incurring perceived high cost, and end up spending more by continuing my membership and getting behind in monthly credits. So I transfer monthly credits to husband, and pay another kind of penalty to transfer unused credits. I don't feel like I can win, and don't have the emotional or mental energy to really examine the cost of the membership. I allow inertia to carry me along, maintaining my membership.

Price to value was out of line. Receptionist seemed to be learning.

It was quite good. Just a lot of forms to fill out ahead of time, many of which didn't apply to me.

All good receptionist and her boss were great, never had a facial before, person who was giving it seemed knowledgeable

It was an average appointment. The quality has gone down at this hand and stone. Services are still good for the price.

I indicated that I wanted my technician to wear a mask. He did not honor that request. I did not realize that he didn’t have it on until after we were half through the session.
