The massage therapist was a nice person but perhaps new at this.

The esthetician that worked on my skin was extremely rough. When pulling my hair it was rough and it hurt. I had to tell her stop and I'll will do it. When I asked her questions regarding my skin there was no clear answer. She just kept saying I have congestion, which I'm not sure what that means and where the congestion is and how to prevent it from happening. When she did give me the massage she took the tip of her finger and placed it on my forehead and started to shake my face for a long time. I just didn't understand why she was shaking my face a massage should be relaxing and I did not feel relaxed at all. She was just very straight to the point and I can tell she just wanted to get my facial over and done with.

I do not like the fact that there is a fee associated with transferring a massage package from my husband to myself.

My facial was very nice. Anastasia was friendly and knowledgeable. When I was paying for my services with a brand new $150 gift card, the receptionist informed me that my balance was way off! I showed her the banking information that showed $150 purchased a few days before. Rather quickly the situation was rectified however it made me suspicious what would have happened if I wasn’t able to pull that information up right away. I plan to use the balance of my gift card and decide based on my next experience if this is where I’d like to return in the future.

I was highly satisfied in all areas.

The visit was my first at your spa and now that I am comfortable with my therapist I am certain that the visits will improve as time goes on . I will tell my therapist what I prefer per visit. I do suggest that a towel be provided in the room and perhaps a bit more aromatherapy !

I felt the therapist used a little too much pressure and stayed on one area too long. Did not address the areas with much attention where I had the problems.

My aesthetician wasn’t certified in what I wanted but did well anyway.

Mothers Day decorations were still hanging in reception area on May 17. Appointment started a few minutes late. No apology was given. Experience akin to "clinical," vs "spa." But I would not want an increase in price to approach a "spa" experience.
