Abby was fabulous. The music was horrible and it really stressed me out. When I asked to change it Abby could only turn it off. It was also kind of weird to do 100 minute massage in silence.

When I completed the online forms, I advised the areas of focus were my lower back and feet. The massage therapist asked me this same question when I entered the massage room so it did not appear she was aware of this. Also, when asked about pressure, I stated medium to deep...pressure was more intense than I expected. I mentioned this to the therapist but it didn't seem to improve much as I was already somewhat tender. The massage therapist did not have me turn on my back at all during the session, I was face down the entire time.

This Survey is much too long! I was upset, disappointed and angry that my massage person was not vaccinated. She is basically a health care worker working in a small enclosed room. If I had known that ahead, I would not have had a massage. I am a doctor and everyone in my office who deals with the public is vaccinated. if a therapist doesn't want to get vaccinated (their choice) they should not be allowed to work.

It was fine, just not highly. It served its purpose.

Loved everything about my service. I was greeted by lovely front desk ladies and My therapist was prompt and on time. I had a great service and can’t wait to come back again.

Overall I was satisfied! I know I need to keep going back for results. The thing that bugged me the most was that I didn’t realize the facial I got was an additional price. I don’t blame my aesthetician per say because she might have told me, I just didn’t know for sure and wouldn’t have gotten it had I known! Just something I know for next time but definitely put a dent in my already dented budget for the month.
