Heard loud banging in the room next to mine (not the first time this has happened). Couldn’t relax totally. Didn’t receive a requested foot treatment.

I called to ask about the Classic facial the receptionist could not intelligently explain. Additionally, when I walked in, she put the thermometer in my face without explaining what she was doing. This was my first time visiting, and I was not aware of the procedures. She should have explained everything, even ask if it was my first time. Much more training is needed for those at the front desk. The next day, I had to visit again because I forgot to give my tip the night prior - the ladies at the front desk for my second visit were more friendly and professional. She asked appropriate questions, made me aware that she needed to take my temperature and asked how she could help.

Thought I cancelled my service but it turns out it was just frozen. They charged me for two years without ever contacting me to tell me I had these credits piling up. Only found out when I changed my credit card and got an email. Manager was not accommodating at all.

I was not able to submit the screening form via online (phone) after completing it. I also did not know to wait in the car for a phone call prior to checking in (which I didn't have a problem with, but would have preferred to know while making my reservation).

It would be great if massages were an hour long.

The cupping decompression massage was not what I expected. It felt like nothing was done. I do not feel it was very effective at all. I'm willing to try once more but if I have the same experience that will be the last time

I was told the sound wasn’t working during my visit and during my massage. The lady that did my facial was very awkward and the front desk staff wasn’t too professional

The only thing I would change is actually giving folks 1 flat hour for their massage and facial, and not including the 15 minute prep into their time

I asked for or I wrote down for a medium massage and it felt like a light massage and it was very repetitious same all same all nothing different the massage was just ordinary!
