Massage oil smells like cooking oil. Appointment started about 10 minutes late. My own mind was preoccupied with my own stuff, making it hard to relax.

Person ahead of me came late causing my appointment to start 20 min late. The reception didn’t inform me until about 10 min into my wait. I wish I would of received a call ahead of time.

My massage was short on time. It was only a matter of four minutes, but that four minutes matters a great ton when getting massaged. I entered the room at 9:35. She left for a long time, and came back in and then took a minute or two to wash her hands. My massage ended at 10:26.

It felt off being in a couples massage room alone and my massage therapist did not dim the lights which made the experience very different. I also found that my massage therapist explained to me that I must remain face down for the entirety of the massage due to covid-19 precautions however my wife had a massage at the same time and did not have to adhere to those standards. I'm not sure which was right!

For three years my husband has given me a $200 gift card annually. I have ALWAYS used this card to tip my therapist. I was told for the very first time yesterday that this is wrong and could it continue to do this. I will ask him not to purchase this an longer. Also, there is always a problem when asking how many packages on my account. It's not readily available and they always have to go through my account to figure it out. Seems there should be a better way to carry over figures. I am a ballet teacher with a small business and have had ten surgeries massage is an important part of my well being. But this time we're in right now makes it difficult to continue. The staff is great and has been very accommodating with freezing my account while closed. I will continue for another few months but do not know what the fall will bring. Thank you so much.

Unless something is above and beyond I don’t typically put highly satisfied. One part I didn’t like was when I wanted to put my account on freeze because I have a lot of packages and with COVID being a thing I haven’t gone in months. Hand and stone is now charging a $10 service charge per month when you freeze. This was never a thing. And is even worse that this is now a thing during a pandemic. Not that it’s the staffs fault. It’s corporate.

I am satisfied with the service. I did not received any message when you opened. I scheduled my appointment 15 days before, because my therapist did not have available time until the 1st of August. even thought I was not granted with the coupon for being faith during the crises.
