The packages that were supposed to be added to my services were applied incorrectly, so I had to pay an unanticipated fee. I understand it was a new employee's error and the manager did resolve the issue.

On arrival, the receptionist was not friendly. She “ordered“ me to return to my car to await a phone call. I was unaware that this was the process as it was not explained to me when I made the appointment nor did she explain it to me. I felt like my walking in annoyed her.

The wait time before my appointment started was a little longer than expected but understandable given the new safety precautions in place. I would just want to make sure all 50 minute appointments are actually 50 minutes and clients aren't missing time because of the aforementioned.

Add on services took away from time spent on massage, disappointing that some areas were missed on my massage to “keep time.”

The Receptionist was not friendly and just seemed as if she didn’t want to be there yesterday. My overall experience With my aesthetician and masseuse was phenomenal.

The only thing is it wasn't an hour massage because it was a Himalaya one. Also, it didn't fully feel like a Himalaya massage & I had it before. And since it wasn't a full hour, I should have been called back on the hour & I was 15 minutes early. Also, don't understand why it's not an hour or even a little more, since you have to pay more. But definitely not less than an hour. And it took quite some time for the person to come back in for me to remove clothes & get on the table. It doesn't take over ten minutes to remove clothes, which also went into my massage time. That wasn't to fair also. So I really didn't have the full time I should of had, along with not being an hour & I'm paying extra...just is not fair. Thank you.

The massage therapists should be paid well.
