I got the fragrance enhancement, and only got a quick smell.

I have been to other service oriented facilities and while I appreciated the cordial attitude of the staff it was what I would expect from this type of service. My response, although not rated highly satisfied certainly did not rise to the level of dissatisfied. Having said that I would go back to this facility.

Receptionist wasn't aware of proper handling of gift card, however, Mgmt Patty was available to correct situation easily.

Estetician missed some areas that needed waxing along jaw line.

My visit was fine. I have been going to H&S since it’s opening. Changes have occurred with facial treatment according to who you are scheduled with. Next visit there that girl is not there anymore. So each visit is someone new.

I was not happy about dealing with differ therapist so I'm I have been disappointed on many occasions. But I hope for the next sessions I will keep this therapist.

I had to wait 10 mins past my appointment time. I was told to arrive 15 mins early. This resulted in me sitting in the waiting room for a total of 25 mins.
