The service I wanted the dermalinfusion, was not available , told the machine was broken. Very disappointed

My initial appointment was on Friday, I made it over the phone but when I arrived the receptionist said “she messed up and double booked” the therapist. Thankfully the manager was able to compensate an additional 30 minutes on my already booked massage. This was a gift for my graduation so I wish it would have gone as originally planned but I was able to come back on Sunday, it was really out of my way on that day but that’s the closest available time after they double booked my first appointment. I love it here so that was highly disappointing but I appreciate the compensated 30 minutes.

The esthetician was fine. It was my first day with her. I tried a service twice. This was the second time and I did not see a visible improvement.

I pay for a full 50 - 60 minutes facial. Because there was only one person on the desk, I didn't get in until 15 minutes later. That's atrocious. Then the esthetician feels rushed to get me done. How is that relaxing? Or worth the money I pay?

The Therapist was very caring with her intentions however, a little tough at times and was reminded more than once to ease the pressure. I requested medium pressure and the toughness caused tightness for me. Nevertheless, the Therapist was very open to the adjustment of pressure.

I waited 8 minutes for therapist to come back into the room to begin massage this time. And massage ended before 50 min were up. I have not found a therapist at this location who I want to use again. There were water stains on ceiling of massage room.

I feel like in order to say highly satisfied someone or something has to be above and beyond. It wasn’t. But it doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it or there is anything wrong. Everything was fine.

Need to identify therapist who truly gives a sports massage. Room was too bright and music too soft. The relaxation space should be larger as the reception area is not relaxing
