I just wanted a relaxing massage. Craig spent too much time focusing on my shoulder which is not what I wanted. Tried to sell me on "trigger points" and "cupping" for a historical frozen shoulder injury which I found out afterwards are not clinically proven. I feel like he tried to dupe me with non proven mumbo jumbo. I will retain my membership because I just want massages. I will not return to him. I don't remember having music during the session probably because he was talking so much, telling all about his kids. In the future I will ask for music, aroma therapy and quiet which is what I expect and have gotten with massages at more up-scale spas.

Receptionists were a bit distracted and there was trash on the side table in the waiting room. Nothing over the top wrong but just little details.

The hot stones were barely used during the massage, and this was an upcharge service. The alarm system was going off in the lobby, beeping every few minutes and it was super annoying.

Generally I would not indicate highly satisfied with many things, has nothing to do with your establishment. My survey input does not indicate dissatisfaction and my time spent there is always enjoyable and relaxing.

I was very satisfied but not everything can be perfect. I thought everything was satisfactory. My massage therapist was excellent.

I always have a very positive experience at my hand and stone branch. I would reserve high satisfied for my very best spa experience. Hand and stone is great, not also not my top spa experience. But I don’t expect that, either.

I starred rating in general. This was the BEST experience I’ve had at this location, and it had a LOT to do with the therapist

There was some miscommunication between my last visit and this one regarding my available points. Having less than I expected was very frustrating.

Not enough pressure applied when requested.

The massage was very nice but the lotion smelled odd. Even after I left, I still smelled bad and it didn’t go away until I showered. The lotion didn’t appear to be scented, it was just the natural scent of the lotion. Also, the place I normally go for massages puts a pillow under my head when I lie on my back and puts a slightly weighted fabric across my eyes to block light and help relax. I missed those touches.
