Hand and Stone

My appt should start on time if im there to make sure I get the full experience paid for. However I love the esteticians very much- they do an excellent job

No particular reason. I have been to more boutique spas so I know there is a higher quantity out there but I am satisfied with what my expectations are at hand and stone.

The first and only therapist I've truly thought was skilled was Chadd. I probably would have cancelled my membership had I not found him.

I had a few questions about the facial appointment I made. Even though I asked several times, the information I received was still not clear. When I arrived for my appointments, the person had signed me up for a service I did not request. When the person at the counter went over the services for which I was scheduled, I told her there was a mistake in one of the services and she removed it from my appointment. It was only after my treatments that I questioned this second staff person and received the answers I was seeking when I first called. Now all is clear and I know what to do as I move forward.

The service was great however was standard nothing over the top

My massage therapist breathed very heavily throughout the massage making it difficult to relax. He also focused on one area a little too long to the point where my skin was starting to get irritated. He was able to provide a quality massage and relieve me of pain. The therapist also stopped 5-10 min early. Not cool.

All of my previous massages by other therapists have been top notch. It felt as if he was perhaps a new to being a therapist. He didn’t use enough oil and did not transition between places at all. It just did not seem like a peaceful experience.

I did not care for this massage therapist as much as others.

It was couples massage & originally booked with a female for my partner, he was given a male , the massage started a little late & my partner was told not enough time for full body massage
