I feel I have to book too far in advance to get a female massage therapist at a convenient time for me. In addition, I can not redeem my accumulated services unless I go consistently when I'm under contract. In other words, if I allowed my membership to lapse, and then wanted to book a massage I had credited to my account from a previous mont, I'd have to be a member in order to receive it (unless I'd like to pay some absurd amount like $100.).

I had a wonderful time. Sharon always does an excellent job. The receptionist this time was the friendliest so far. But they have all been nice.

The esthetician recommended certain moisturizers for my extremely dry skin. When we went out to reception the product was sold out (unbeknownst to her).

I feel the therapist was to gentle. I did request harder pressure which see applied, but unfortunately it was not enough. The overall experience was positive, but the massage pressure was lacking.

Because I wasn’t that satisfied with my massage I received a better massage at massage envy when it can to the arms and legs it wasn’t a good experience. I left a tip but wasn’t that pleased with those areas

I have had much better facials particularly at Spas.

New ownership not as good. Rooms need more ambiance to them. Many of original massage therapists that I liked have left.

My experience was really good at Hand & Stone, but for it be my first time getting a professional massage it wasn't excellent. I guess I thought I the massage would feel more relaxing. I felt slightly uncomfortable on the massage table. I thought the therapist would have recommend a better way to lay to be comfortable. The massage therapist was really nice but I just felt a little rushed. I got right up because no one told me otherwise and felt slightly dizzy. The women at the first desk were nice as well but didn't inform me on any of the massage practices although it was my first time (i.e undress completely for a full body massage) I just assumed that's what I was supposed to do. A package was being transferred to me for someone else and It took 15-20 mins to get everything figured out and paid for. I would go back but would prefer to come way before closing time and not have an appointment an hour before closing time when everyone wants to go home and I would also choose a different therapist.

It is good for relaxation, but can't always get same therapist to establish a strong relationship, because of my work and family schedule as well as therapist schedule. The termination process did not go as well as I expected.

Ease in lotion pump caused a delay in the ability of the massage therapist to perform her job effectively
