Hand and Stone

Nick, my therapist, was amazing. He is so talented and so friendly. I've had other great therapists at this location, but Nick is by far the best!

I usually have nothing but amazing things to say but this past appt I felt like I was her last client - the facial was 45 min. long and it felt rushed during the micro-derm. I won't be asking her to do my facials again.

At the beginning of the massage I indicated my desire to focus on neck shoulders and back. I nevertheless received a full body massage with only limited time in those areas.

As mentioned in another survey directly from that location, it would be nice if an optional essential oil was offered as a non-add-on aromatherapy upcharge. It would be nice to smell something relaxing instead of a laundered hot towel on my face with no smell. Same opinion about the lotion used for massage. It would just add to a more pleasant experience (similar to other salon spas from other massage visits). My massage was great, but it would have been nice if the therapist asked if the pressure was ok. I would have preferred firmer but did not feel comfortable asking.

This hand and Stone does not display the same process as your advertisement. This last massage felt like a rub down. The lighting in the room does not allow you to see the room.

Everything was what I expected, I was completely pleased and hope to return soon.

My appointment for a massage was cancelled twice due to scheduling issues and lack of knowledge by receptionist.

I’m unsure if I should communicate with my technicians or if it’s a standard practice but I haven’t been asked about pressure when given a massage or with the facial when the massage portion of the neck area was done. As a weightlifter I can withstand more pressure, without it being a specialized service like a Swedish massage. I’d like to be asked more often to ensure the knots / problem areas are addressed.

I was satisfied with my person and the environs. I've never been anywhere that is highly satisfying.

I had a lovely experience, but think it is a bit pricey for what you get.
