I had a facial and massage scheduled and the receptionist forgot to give bag with robe and slippers. My massage was not very good either.

The person that took care of me, Bridget, is no longer with Hand & Stone. Although the person that did my facial was good, she was not as calm as Bridget and I felt like she was pushing services and products, something Bridget didn’t do. Having a membership at Hand & Stone is already a luxury for me, I really don’t need to indulge anymore than I currently do. I also like to leave feeling relaxed, not having to justify why I don’t want an extra service. Maybe I just missed the service from Bridget?

Sharon is my favorite massage therapist. She is always great. Maybe I was just tense but I didnt leave as relaxed as I normally am.

The appointment was fine. However, I was not asked about products or shown products (not that this was negative) so I had to answer NA. The therapist didn’t really talk much about the massage before hand.

I had a good visit. I needed to have a longer massage to fully address all of my problem areas, so I'm still a little uncomfortable today but I'm much better than I was before I went in yesterday.

I think clients should be able to have a choice of oils used and be able to adjust volume and type of the music played during their sessions.

I was unaware that I would be billed an additional month even though I cancelled my membership before the 7th of the following month, which is my billing date. I know I was not told this the first time when I was in person in the store cancelling. I was told I would not be charged for the following month if I cancelled on time which is why I went into the store in person to make sure it was handled correctly. I was very clear on this, although the receptionist said that would only be the case if you cancelled in the first 30 days. Not what I was told. I may call back and dispute this with a manager.

I like the people that work there. The enviroment was very nice and I enjoy being there.

Could not get the services I needed due to time constraints and what I was given was not helpful for my skin, made me itchy and break out more, plus I felt rushed, and esthetician did NO extractions at all, nor did she look at my skin under the bright light to better assess what would be best for me...feels like a waste of money
