I have had many massages, here and elsewhere. So I am difficult to please. I was satisfied with Casey's technique of using general and specific muscle rub motion. ( No one at H&S has done this as well as she did). And I liked her ability to use deep pressure. She spent more time where I asked her to. Didn't talk unnecessarily throughout which I like. She cared and worked hard. It was our first session together and I was more satisfied than I have been in the past at H and S. A couple of times I did have to ask her to lesson her pressure on a specific area because it hurt. I'm sure moving forward this should not be a problem. I rated my exp as I did because as I say, I am difficult and it wasn't perfection in what I imagine a perfect massage would be.

The service is advertised as 60 minutes. It ended 7 minutes early and though the consultation started on time, the actual service didn't start until 10 minutes in. Leaving me with less than 45 mins of actual service.

I would've preferred a female therapist , but I neglected to specifically request this as i forgot so it was at no fault to the therapists or spa. The only other thing was a comment about my mask being "really, really dark" and requiring extra detail to take off during the facial made me feel uncomfortable. I don't believe the therapist meant anything, it was just the way it came across.

The massage therapist was very helpful in hitting all of my trouble areas. The amount of pressure he use was amazing and I will highly recommend him two others.

Couldn't get a deep tissue massage on a day I wanted.

The back of my neck is sore due to the pressure applied while I was on my back. Also while doing my feet the therapist squeezed my toes kind of hard. This is first time I had this therapist

I would like the ability to book online. Additionally, the receptionist almost over charged me by $20, until I pointed out her mistake.

Friendly staff at reception. Great atmosphere. Lovely massage therapist.

Everything was good, except the music, which was annoying and not calming.

I love visiting the spa. The people are nice and know my face making it feel like home. However, the times are not always convenient for me since the spa is so popular. Awesome place to go. Staff are amazingly nice and always positive.
