i didn't realize that your prices were $15 higher than the other hand and stone spa i frequent. i also felt the esthetician rushed at the end. especially when i went home and felt hairs after getting a brazilian wax service.

Even though the massage therapists do a good job, they don't fully understand the flow of a massage to leave you feeling totally relaxed. In my past experiences outside of your place, my massage s were connected in a way that left me super relaxed. I think this is something people learn when they have more experience and continue to take more classes to learn more ways of massaging people. Your therapists are super green.

had to pay $10 more as they said my intro price was 59.95 and the promo i bought didn't cover that amt! And,was mixed up w another client w same name - unprofessional mix up.

The room next door was very noisy during my massage with cabinets and such.

It was a nice massage but not a great massage. She did a good job, but seemed to be tired. She used a stone for the massage sometimes instead of her hands.

Unfortunately, I'm fairly certain that my massage therapist kept taking her phone out and replying to text messages during the massage! I would here her phone vibrate in her pocket. After a few seconds one of her hands would leave my body. I could here her doing something then I would here her put the phone back. This happened about 5 or 6 times. It was very distracting and therefore I could not completely relax.

At the time the receptionist were boring - they were helpful, but boring! I've been here before and the receptionists were super cool 😎

I find the front desk phone isnt answered often, so I had to leave a message. The receptionist did call me back to book appt. She was friendly & helpful. Not mnay options for times, but I didn't call many days in advance.

It was a wonderful experience, I just felt it was a bit pricey

It's hard to get an appt since I work full time, weekends are always booked. The massage was not deep/ as intense as I would have liked, but I still like your concept.
