Solely because my appointment did not start on time. Everything else was great

Will not see that therapist again, was looking very much for complete relaxation and muscle ache relief, did not feel this therapist was very good, my expectations were disappointed. I will try another therapist again but disturbed that my first membership visit was waisted on uneventful therapy.

I had a gift card and would've liked to know how much it was for...rather than it was for a 'facial'. I feel $100 is high for a facial.

Was not told till end of booking that was a male. Def prefer female for next visit Aromatherapy and hand massage not a good value for me. Massage technique very good

Everything started out so well. I have gone to many H&S locations and Flourtown, PA and Serverna Park, MD are my preferred locations. I have several months of services that I have paid for that I need to use and had this conversation with my aesthetician when I was on the table for my service (which was actually very nice). I assumed that there was an appointment right after mine so there wasn't time for any upgrades, but I let her know that I was interested in combining services to use a second package. She was unaware of how to do that and I asked her to go and check with the front desk staff which she did. I received a footscrub and exceptional upgrade. When I went to check out and leave a tip, I was told that I owed $30 and a product I had inquired about was at the desk for me to buy even though I wasn't interested as if I'd want to spend even more than the amount I'd planned to spend. It's disappointing to be charged money which was not what I wanted when I was clear about wanting to use up the backlog of services that I have already paid for through the membership program.

I never said I wasn't highly satisfied??? I enjoyed my experience and would definitely return.

I found my facial very relaxing, which is what I was looking for. The person doing the facial was great. I found her technique very very good. The only issue was that I don't think I like to have extractions. So I would just not do that next time. It was nothing negative about the person doing the facial or your place.

My massage was fine, and the timing was good (on time; not late). I have had better massages at another Hand and Stone. My masseuse (Kyle) was good.

60.00 for a massage is what is typical in my experience over the past few years. When they tried to sell me on a massage a month, I was very turned off. If the massages were always 60.00 but I didn't have to sign up for a program, I would be back. Probably in a few months. I will never be back for a 100.00 massage. I will tell my friends and family to go once to try Craig who was fabulous, but only for the introductory rate. Also, the scented candle in the waiting room was offensive to me. I prefer completely natural, unscented products. That being said, the ambience in the waiting room and massage room was lovely.
