not a fan of the receptionist pushing the monthly club- kinda tacky

Although the staff and technician were very pleasant, the $10 fee for the lavender was a waste (was not used until the end of my service); the $15 for the hot towel and foot treatment was a waste (the website says:"Relax as we wrap your feet in hot towels and gently stretch and compress your feet. You will then receive a stimulating exfoliation foot scrub followed by a hydrating foot cream applied with a full deep Foot Massage." - my feet in no way received a "full deep foot massage"). Add ons should be well worth the service, the client should never feel cheated.

The experience was pleasant, but it was not such high quality service that it was memorable or stood out as an extraordinary experience. The overall experience was nice and I enjoyed it very much. Everyone was nice, did not wait long in the waiting room, room temperature was comfortable, and the therapist had a pleasant attitude. I view highly satisfied as mind blowing and sharing the experience with others in a positively shocked way that stood out from normal pleasant customer service, but this was not that type of experience.

It is a nice, clean facility with very friendly and Welcoming staff. It has more of a commercial than spa like feel than AI am used to experiencing. However, I was not disappointed and it is a good value. I would suggest soft music in the waiting area and a light fragrance to improve the waiting area. My services were GREAT. I went on my birthday and had a wonderful spa afternoon. ☺

I thought the experience was completely fine. From the staff to the physical environment. For the cost I think it is a good experience.

When I assigned up I was led to believe I could transfer my packages to anyone at any time at no cost. However when I tried to transfer my package to my husband I was charged $10. I was unset to find this undisclosed charge especially since I accumulated a large number of packages to share with him husband.

It was all fine - but not outstanding. The desk staff was terrific and remembered who I was and my husband as well. I was impressed with them. The masseuse did not remember me though I had had him before.

I have always had a great experience at the Hand & Stone in Flourton, amazing staff!

Therapist was ok. It didnt feel bad but i hurt the next day. My facial was great. I have had great massages before.
