I was able to book a massage on short notice. The therapist did a great job with the right amount of pressure and time on each area. He was friendly but not overly talkative. It was a very relaxing experience.

My visit is consistently satisfying from the greeting upon entry to the payment process. My massage therapist, Tia, is extraordinary, and I am so grateful to add her into the list of “must-haves” in my life. She is perfect.

It is high value by cost, location, ease of scheduling l, and masseuse expertise. It’s close by and easy for me to fit into my schedule.

It had been awhile since I had a massage & this experience made me realize what I’ve been missing. I signed up for a monthly membership to keep it going.

Rachel is highly qualified in skin treatment and care. She takes pride in her work that shows with the difference in your skin after your facial. She is professional and makes you feel comfortable during your facial. I highly recommend her

A factor of utmost importance to me in addition to the cleanliness of a facility, is customer service and how personable the staff are when engaging with clients. I've always found the staff at the Flourtown location to be very warm and welcoming. I actually discovered Hand and Stone by accident due to the poor customer service at another facility. One of the BEST mistakes of my life! Abby is absolutely WONDERFUL! So much so, that now, even though I am a resident of NJ, I choose to continue coming to Flourtown because of Abby! I told her if she changes location, so will I (LOL).

Monthly $80 expense is not worth it for me. I have given away half of my packages. I have paused to catch up. I just don't use the treatments monthly. Maybe 4 massages a year. I would prefer "pay as you go"
