Everyone was very welcoming for my first visit. Reception helped with creating a membership with recommendations. Therapist listened to why I said and also listened to my muscles. Worked what was needed and helped me relax the whole time

Sharday and Ray at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming. Tiya is a very talented massage therapist. I’m always very happy with my services.

Carl was great! I will definitely be back and see him. Love how you are open on weekends!

I've been a member for the past 4 years or so. Sharon has been my therapist and I was sadden that this was my last massage with her because she is leaving. Congrats to her on her next professional journey and she will be missed. I have been referred to a few other therapists and I hope they are just as good as Sharon was.

The massage therapist, Kimberly, always confirms the type of massage I signed up for. Additionally Kimberly asks if I have any areas to avoid and / or to focus on. Since I have used Kimberly regularly for more than a year she is aware of physical problems I have had and asks about the status of same. The receptionists are friendly, considerate, and wait on you as quickly as possible (including when there are multiple clients there at the same time).

The front desk was so kind and made booking the appointment very easy. This was my first time seeing Ki and getting a diamond glow and my skin feels and looks phenomenal. Love the overall vibe of the spa and the staff. This wasn't my first visit and I've never had an experience that was anything other than exceptional. Can't wait for my next visit!
