Great massage. As a correction (because this app doesn’t allow me to go back and correct a response) I was not less than satisfied with the receptionist’s knowledge of services. I just didn’t ask about different services because I knew what I wanted so I meant my response as N/A.

I don’t agree with the annual pre-paid membership not having a roll over of package; and if they don’t have a roll over of packages, then why the system doesn’t send out automated reminders so that customers who have already paid can ensure they get their money’s worth. That being said, the receptionist Rachel did a wonderful job helping me navigate that issue and find a solution. While Rachel doesn’t make policy, she did find a way to still support me as the costumer and ensure I could enjoy the services that I already paid for. Kudos to Rachel!

Rachel is a fantastic esthetician. She’s knowledgeable and friendly. And knows exactly when to provide quiet time.

Both the facial and massage were great and the therapists were very professional

April is the best, she’s knowledgeable and honest about what’s best for my skin. Since April has been taking care of my facials I have received numerous compliments.

Courtney and Nick were awesome! Courtney was extremely knowledgeable about all the different plans and products that Hand and Stone offer. Nick was the first massage therapist who listened to my needs, especially about reflexology. He asked me how I felt about the massage and didn't talk otherwise. It was glorious!

A real sense of relaxation and cleanliness from the moment I walked into the location. Everyone was friendly and seems to care about health
