The massage therapist, Kimberly, always confirms the type of massage I signed up for. Additionally Kimberly asks if I have any areas to avoid and / or to focus on. Since I have used Kimberly regularly for more than a year she is aware of physical problems I have had and asks about the status of same. The receptionists are friendly, considerate, and wait on you as quickly as possible (including when there are multiple clients there at the same time).

The front desk was so kind and made booking the appointment very easy. This was my first time seeing Ki and getting a diamond glow and my skin feels and looks phenomenal. Love the overall vibe of the spa and the staff. This wasn't my first visit and I've never had an experience that was anything other than exceptional. Can't wait for my next visit!

On time pleasant and clean

Rebecca was very through and nice during the appointment. Rachel at the front desk was nice during check-in and explained the membership in great detail at check out. Very friendly staff

I got the massage I needed to help with sore and tight muscles. The Massage Therapist was great.

My experience was great! The customer service all around was phenomenal. Coming in I was very hesitant about getting a facial for the first time, but the staff put my worries at ease. Kiara was also very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I loved this location and I will definitely be returning for more services.

The staff are amazing and should be cloned. Keeping the team consistent makes the location familiar and welcoming. The flexibility with scheduling is greatly appreciated.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The therapist did just want I wanted, a massage to relax. So I didn’t have to lose half of my massage package I was able to add on a scalp massage since the appointment was for 90 minutes.
