Kimberly is the best massage therapist I have had. I not only feel relaxed but she remembers who I am and what my specific needs are. I was going to cancel my membership before I was scheduled with her two months ago. There was a new reception staff member when I was finished who was lovely. She explained that she was in training and the other staff members jumped in to help her with all the questions she had. My experience was perfect! Keeping my membership because of Kimberley and the entire staff at my location.

Every time I come to H&S my service is EXCELLENT and I leave feeling so good.

The previous manager (recently promoted) knew me by name and always greeted me when I came in which made me feel special. I love having my massages done by Elizabeth, she is careful, friendly and always makes me feel comfortable.

My therapist listened to my areas of concern, especially arthritis in the neck and knees and, let me tell you, I havent felt that level of decompression since physical therapy for it. I hope when I go back the next therapist knows what she knew. Perfect amount of pressure and a complete de-stressing experience.
