Massage therapist was wonderful. She worked out knots that are stubborn! The bed was comfortable. Privacy was respected.

My massage therapist, Abby, was obviously experienced & skilled. She was on time & professional. In the past, at other soas, I have unfortunately experienced masseuse who were inexperienced or incompetent so I DO know the difference. Abby & Craig there are Excellent!! The whole staff there is warm & welcoming.

The waiting area was full with people and the manager did an amazing job checking everyone in quickly and efficiently while still making each person feel like they were receiving individual attention.

I saw a different massage therapist this time. Although the last one provided a very good massage I felt like this one made me feel more comfortable. She also waited outside the door and offered me water where the other walked out and I didn’t see her again. So not a terrible thing but this made me feel more likely to return. I admit I was questioning maintaining my membership before because it felt a little like a factory.

Harper is a wonderful massage therapist. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful to have found a good, and easy to get to massage therapist near me.

I love this location, the staff and my therapist are all always so nice and friendly. I usually have evening appointments and you'd think it was the start of the shift with how positive and personal the staff is there. My massage started a few minutes late because of the prior client but I still got my full session in. I also appreciate you bringing the mints back. I will continue to use this location in the future.
