My therapist was extremely responsive and helpful. The reception staff also were helpful and assisted with signing up for a membership and booking my next appt.

The Flourtown location and staff was exceptional. The staff was very professional and friendly. The location is convenient and I will visit again.

Craig, the therapist, was excellent and listened to what I wanted. He was very professional and made sure I was satisfied. All the office staff was friendly, helpful and I had no issues with them. My only issues were as follows - and they were not a big deal. First, I must have had to confirm my appt 6-7 times by email, phone and text. Secondly, when I first tried to book a couple months ago, it was hard to get availability for the times I wanted. (My other preference is shorter surveys!) But it was a great massage and Craig was very good

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Good folks have come and gone. I was ready to give up my membership until Rachel started at this location. She is a true gem. Rachel is knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, and wants the best results for her clients. I’m so glad she’s here.

The staff was welcoming and warm throughout my visit. My massage therapist was responsive to my massage needs and checked in with me throughout the hour. I was informed of my future massage and facial options which was helpful.

Affordability - much better deal than other places in the area. Ambiance - staff were calming, quiet, kind. Clean - lobby and massage room were very clean (no dirt).

I really like Shay, she's been my massage therapist now for 4 sessions and she is amazing. I continue to come to Hand and Stone because of how good she is. Everything about the cleanliness of the reception area and massage room make me feel good.
