Hand and Stone

Craig is a wonderfully attentive massage therapist. He is the reason I continue to return. I wish he had more evening hours available. This was my first experience with the reception staff that left me not fully satisfied. Elle, Emani, and the new manager (a man whose name begins with a K, I believe) -- all have been wonderful in the past. There were 3 receptionists (new to me) working this past time, one of whom who was great (a woman of color). The second (a woman with short blonde hair) was very friendly but a little scattered in booking my appointment and was splitting her attention with another customer and the first receptionist (though that receptionist did not ask for input). The final receptionist (a woman with long hair and tattoos on her arms) was friendly but began my check out process and then left so the second receptionist had to finish, and the third also kept inserting herself in another customers' check out with the first receptionist, trying to sell us the promotional deal, even after I indicated I was not interested. This was my first experience with the reception staff that felt chaotic, unorganized/disjointed, and very delayed (based on past experience).

The receptionists were very friendly. Casey gave me a very good facial. My only issue was that I was taken 10 minutes late.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. Everyone was very patient and kind. Very friendly and everyone asked was there anything they could do for me. It was really an enjoyable day.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, and as expected, Sharon's massage made my life 100% better. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is thoughtful, informative, a great listener, a top-notch professional, and consistently gives massages that improve my aches and my mindset!

This wS was my first time at Hand and Stone. I was very pleased with the massage and therapist. I will be coming back.

Looking forward for my next visit

Tia is an amazing massage therapist. She applies just the right amount of pressure, is friendly and always punctual. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaints are that it is sometime hard to get an appointment, so I book in advance and prices continue to rise. For some reason, I thought there was a price lock when I joined.

The therapist was very attuned to what I was asking for. I felt relaxed when I left. The entire process was easy, from start to finish.
