I was highly satisfied with my experience at hand and stone because the customer service was good. My massage therapist was very good. She took her time to listen to my concerns and tried her best to solve my issues. She made me feel comfortable.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly. Masseuse was A+. Check in and check out process was easy

Abby is a wonderful therapist. I felt marvelous after my treatment. The receptionist was very welcoming as well. This is a much nicer salon than other Hand and Stone locations I have frequented.

Parker is amazing. I went in with a pain level of 9 and after my 90 minute massage it was down to a 3.

Staff are friendly and engaging with smiles and laughter Staff share specials for the day specifically 50% reduction on the ala carte menu. Perhaps its just me and I am special, the staff extend greetings with check in procedure when I enter the spa.

My massage therapist, Tia, was very friendly and knowledgeable about what my body was experiencing. She provided advice on stretching so my muscles would not be so tight.
